Good Coverage

I am still learning how to apply. This serum is thinner than what I am used to, but coverage is very good.

Just Purchased

I I just purchased this product and I am not too satisfied with. I prefer the milky capsules. I really like them. They’re much easier to put on and I like the coverage better.

Hideous. Am so glad I got a sample first

Gutted that this is the recommendation to replace the previously brilliant tinted moisturiser by clarins. The one they now do is only one colour and orange on me so the counter rep recommended this. Sounded great. But crikey it's like the most horrible thing ever...didn't blend, was dy but also oily, and sat in every pore even pores I didn't know I had so had to rewash and exfoliate my face to get rid of it. Really disappointed as loved the previous tinted nourishingmoisturiser that came in different shades for my pale skin :(

Expensive mistake, worst Clarins product

I was persuaded to buy this because the wonderful tinted moisturiser is no longer made. BIG mistake Clarins! Why discontinue a winning product? Anyway, the sales woman told me I needed shade 01 and this was the best alternative. What an expensive mistake! It sits on the face and cannot be blended, leaving whitish marks on my nose where it hasn’t reacted well with my moisturiser or SPF. Apart from anything the shade makes my skin sallow and yellowish. And don’t get me started on the fact that no matter what I do, the top gets all oily and dribbles onto me. Terrible product. Avoid.

Lovely dewy finish

I use this on top of the beauty balm which I put on 5mins before.As I'm in my 70's I was looking for a lighter foundation which looks more natural.This absoloutely fits the bill.Result is dewy and natural and doesnt need reapplication(well...maybe a tiny touch if going out at night) Only downside for me is the bottle.I decant it into a little container when travelling. Please keep making it! I find just as I get to like a lipstick,its taken off!

Wonderful for dry skin!

Overall, I love this foundation. I picked up shade 01 which is a bit too dark for me so I am hoping they will expand the shade range and make a 00. I can make it work though. I have dry skin and find the finish to be very skin like. I have applied both with my fingers and with a brush and both give a beautiful finish. I find that I don't love it when I first apply but by the time I finish my other makeup application, it has set into my skin and gives me almost flawless skin. I am 70 years old and have a lot of sun damage which this foundation does not cover completely, but no foundation that I have tried does. It provides a medium coverage with one layer and can be built up. I have found that applying thin layers works the best and applying a second or even third does not result in a cakey mess. I do powder it in my T-zone and it handles powder fine. It has a scent that is difficult to pinpoint but it is not floral or vanilla but rather seems a bit like grasses and herbs so likely the natural smell of the ingredients. I will purchase again.

Très déçue. Peluche !

J'ai acheté ce produit il y a plusieurs mois et je n'arrive pas à l'utiliser. C'est difficile d'avoir un beau fini, ça peluche. Le teint est imparfait et fais un effet de masque de cire. Et en plus, ça tache, et c'est dur de se démaquiller.

Liquid gold in a bottle

This foundation is beautiful. It has a creamy texture and fills in all the crevices of the face. It’s absolutely brilliant.

This product is absolutely amazing. My skin is glowing and looks perfectly polished. Please do not discontinue this product. I LOVE IT!! Honestly, IT IS AMAZING and worth every dollar!!

Also leaked when laid down in my make up bag so unable to pack on trips.

Persevered - but not for me

As a Clarins tinted moisturiser wearer, I was recommended this as a substitute. I have persevered with it and feel compelled to leave a review (which I never do!). I have found over the weeks that I've used it that it has either pilled and had to be removed, caked and stuck to fine lines and even just pores and had to be removed (yes, I did shake the bottle!). It's worth also being aware that the product not only separates into oil and thick stuff, but the oil leaches out of the bottle. Not only messy but means you can't travel with it as the pipette lid is not to be trusted. I'm sorry to say that from the bottle to the contents, I have nothing positive to say. I even didn't like the over perfumed smell on my face. I was looking for a light, dewy, moisturised finish and unfortunately, this just didn't provide that for me.
