How should I use the ultra glow toner?
Use cotton pad to apply the ultra glow toner to clean, dry face. No need to rinse. When should I use the ultra glow toner? The toner can be applied morning and evening.

Exfoliates and brightens

I have been using this product for a few months after I ran out of my witch hazel toner. The Vitamin C intrigued me. When using the toner in the morning my skin loves it. When using the toner in the evening before moisturizer and tretinoin serum my skin is dry and peeling the next day. So my opinion is this is best to use in the morning only if you have a tretinoin-like product that you use in the evening. I do think the Vitamin C has helped lighten my dark spots so I will continue using it.

Invisible. Does nothing for your skin, just smelly water. It broke me out and didn’t absorb into my skin at all, just sat on top.

Unfortunately, it doesn't really work for me. No effect whatsoever, it's like putting water on my face, with a tiny toner tightening effect. I would just skip this one.

Will try again but very hesitant

I used this product once and i broke out from it in the moment it make my skin feel very hydrated, I’m not too sure if it was maybe the chemicals inside mixing with another product I used but I will try one more time to see if it was from this but for now would not reccomend
