It primes I haven’t seen no plumping tho!

I ain’t sure about no plumping that I’ve been able to tell at least but it does prime the skin for your foundation and it holds it in place well also!

My go to primer!

This is my second bottle I’ve bought, I find it makes the makeup application look flawless! Works great as a primer, as for a serum I’m not really sure but either way I can’t find a primer I love as much as this one! This is my go to primer.
