Leaves a lot to be desired

I've been buying this mascara for at least 10 years, in purple. This is the fist time I've got it in blue and I'm not satisfied. While the color is ok, the sheer amount that comes out on the wand cakes my lashes. Brushing it off with the same wand makes it worse, so unless you have a second, clean wand, you need to use your fingers which just makes a mess. When the mascara dries, it crumbles, so all day I need to keep removing small bits from under my eyes. Despite constant crumbling, the mascara is difficult to remove in the evenings, even though it's not waterproof. I don't know if it's the colour that makes it behave differently from the purple or is it just the way things are these days, prices increasing, quality decreasing. I won't be buying this mascara in blue again, I'll give purple another chance and hope it's not gone to the dogs as well.

Beautiful Lashes

My Daughter has been using this make of Mascara for year and although she's tried others this is the only one that gives her the thick lashes she want and doesn't cause any irritation

Too much fallout!

This mascara is good, apart from the fallout. Moments after I put it on, my under eyes go grey from it; it looks awful! Apart from that though, it’s perfect. What a shame.

I have long, thin lashes and this is on the drier side but so dense and dark - it's so perfect!

Amazing Mascara!

This mascara is amazing! It gives volume and length and doesn’t irritate my eyes. I buy the navy and purple in the range, the navy is much softer than harsh black as I have fair skin, red hair and blue eyes so this is perfect for general use. When I go out in the evening I use the purple mascara with lilac and purple eyeshadow or grey, it gives a very dramatic effect. I recommend it to everyone and wouldn’t use anything else.

It gives a stunning false lashes effect, and I get a lot of compliments. The only issue is that it sometimes falls onto the under-eye area, which is a bit annoying, but otherwise, it's an incredible mascara.

Claggy

I bought this in brown a month ago. When I pulled it out of its packaging, I noticed it was somewhat claggy. Unfortunately it is now incredibly claggy and can no longer wear it. Seems very expensive for only a months (or so) usage.

Amazing mascara but no good after a month or so

I love this mascara BUT after around a month the wand gets really thick and clumpy with the mascara from the bottle. This is my second purchase of this particular mascara as I thought maybe the first could have been a one off if it had maybe been manufactured a long time before I purchased it, and as I said I do love the mascara when it’s new but it just doesn’t last very long. I use it daily and there’s so much left in the bottle so I’m sad to have to throw it away but the wand is no use anymore :(

Leaves Black patches under eyes

Been using this Mascara for almost 15yrs and over the last few years I’ve seen a significant decline in quality. The effect on my lashes is broadly the same - lovely volume and length however it has started to get clumpy and for the last year or 2yrs it leaves dark patches under my eyes within an hour. Few more people have noticed the same issue so I know it’s not just me. For the price I’m paying I don’t want to look like I’ve got 2 black hours in such a short space of time.
