Matte Finish
With combination skin, I find that many face powders don't eliminate shine and often look 'cakey' on my face. However that isn't the case with All Hours Setting Powder, which is long-lasting, gives an invisible natural finish and leaves skin feeling silky smooth. I love the double-sided applicator which makes it easy to use this powder to both set make-up and touch it up later in the day. As with all YSL products, the packaging is beautifully stylish and elegant.

Not for tanned/ darker skin tones
My review here is for the Universal white color setting powder. I was so excited when I bought it since i struggle to find suitable powder colors for my tanned complexion. The package is really fancy and it comes with a sponge. I got the universal color. It is so disappointing as it left white residue on my face using either the sponge that comes with it or brush. Using it under the eyes made it so dry and my very find lines looked so deeper than ever. I think such white powders not made for tanned/ darker skin tones as it makes them appear dull and washed out. I wish the sales representative told me that instead of wasting my money. I will use it as a setting powder/ primer before eyeshadow.
