This product does not leave your roots oily! I’ve restocked twice now and i’ve noticed a huge difference in hair growth! You need to use it consistently (every night) to see optimal results!

Bad smell, greasy finish, watery texture

It does nothing, stringy, and smells like that banana insect. It doesnt apply easily. The applicator is good but the product is so watery I thought I got one that was a watered down return. But I bought 3 of them, and all 3 were that watery. It doesn't do anything for my hair in terms of softness, hydration, or shine. it just makes it look greasy. My ends are still super dry even though I put a 2-3 amount on the ends. I've used this product for 4 months consistent use now every day after I wash my hair as a heat protectant/ hair protectant, and no better results. It also smells bad - like a banana insect plant. Don't buy this if your hair is normal/ dry/ non-wavy or curly.

ITCHY!

This makes you itch! Tried it once, was very excited to use it…. After a few hours my head was itching… no signs of bumps or redness in scalp. Just itchy.

Seeing Growth Already!

This stuff is amazing! I use a lot of heat that damages my hair. I've been looking for a product to help repair it, and this is the first product I'm seeing results with. Love love love, hope it comes back in stock!

i spent 2 weeks without this and my hair resumed its exodus from my head. this serum truly makes a difference for me, and it doesn't leave my scalp feeling greasy or looking gross!

Not impressed

Didn’t see a difference. And it stinks. It does not have a pleasant scent to it. Smells pungent.

Usually the side effects from other bad reviews don't happen to me but this truly did break my scalp out!

Hair feels heavier and longer

I actually liked this more than I was expecting. My hair is thinning a bit and it was already pretty fine to begin with, which is why I purchased this. It didn’t help to fill in any of my obviously thinning sections of my hair, which was fine — it didn’t claim to be able to do that. However, I noticed when I put my hair up in its nightly loose ponytail that my ponytail had a bit more weight to it. I had never really noticed the weight of my ponytail in my hand and it’s not something I was looking for, but I noticed right away when it started to become a bit heavier than before. My hair is also slightly longer. Not by a ton, but another thing I wasn’t paying attention to but noticed when it happened was feeling my hair lower on my back after showering. It had been pretty much the same length for so long that I didn’t know it could grow out past the length it’s been for about 10 years now. Either way, this did a lot more than I expected for a relatively inexpensive serum. I will definitely repurchase! It also did not make my hair appear too greasy on day 1 after wash (2nd application), but it did get oilier faster than it normally would between washes. Nothing dramatic that dry shampoo couldn’t handle, and a small price to pay for overall healthier feeling hair.

I thought I’d try this as I know Sephora make really good products and I’m so glad I did. It’s super lightweight you don’t even feel it in your hair. I apply to dry hair at night and massage it in and I’m already seeing hair growth around my hairline. Only been using for 2 weeks!! Defo buying again
