Must have for your makeup arsenal!

Absolutely the best foundation stick ever! Creamy, full coverage, like concealer but softer and more blend-able than any I’ve tried. Practically don’t need to moisturize or prime…but when you do it’s flawless coverage with no streaking for many hours. Tarte is the leader in comfy makeup.

Not my style.

I'm sure this product may work for some people but for me it is way too drying, creases and accentuates my fine lines. I think the clay just sucks all the moisture out of my skin and it takes a few days for my skin to plup back up especially in the eye area.

REALLY pretty on!

I got this and couldn't wait to use it! It goes on easily, blends easily and LOOKS BEAUTIFUL on. I got SO many compliment! AND it makes the skin look creamy, hydrated and smooth. I really loved the way it looked & felt on. It did rub off in some places thru out the day if you don't set it. I really liked it but it sadly it made me break out. It is moisturizing and hydrated and never looked dry on me but was just too much for my skin. I was so sad! I don't normally break out unless I use things that are a little too much for my normal/combo skin but as much as I liked it, I didn't like the break outs.

ALL-TIME FAVORITE!!!

This is my absolute, all-time favorite foundation. They used to sell it at Ulta, but stopped for whatever reason and now that the shades are dying down here at Sephora I’m beginning to think they may no longer carry it as well. For people talking about shade range, they do offer way more shades if you go directly to tarte’s website, but it’s still not entirely inclusive. I’m probably going to stock up on this foundation just in case, but tarte’s website says it’s a best seller. I moisturize and use primer prior to using this with my very dry skin and it never clings to any patches or settles into pores. But everyone must remember, your foundation can only be as good as your skincare is....just keep that in mind with everything you try. In the summer, I do find setting this works better too because I get slightly oily in my t-zone when it’s humid outside.

Nope

I use this for extremely light spot coverage on pimples. It smudges, cracks, etc so reapplying is an absolute must. I’ve tried a billion times to use under my eyes, and as the other reviews say, it has “coverage” that disappears, it decks, creases, just nope. I’ll continue to use half heartedly til it’s gone because I don’t want to waste it, but I do not recommend this purchase.

This is my go-to summer foundation. It melts like butter on my skin, blends like a dream, provides medium coverage, gives a satin finish at first and gets glowier (but not oily looking) as the day goes on. I would not recommend this for ppl w dry patches on the skin as it can emphasize the dry patches nor people with oily skin because it may be too much glow. I would recommend this if you have normal or combo skin. I finished one of these sticks (it lasts me 2 summers) and am on my second. I would continue to repurchase for use during the summer months because I love the dewy look.

Like rubbing a stick of butter on your face

It’s like rubbing a stick of butter on your face. Oily mess. With natural coverage. If your a full coverage kind of girl then you won’t like it. The light coverage is not for me

I think this product is easy to apply but it slides around on my face terribly. I am 38 and have oily skin but even with oil control and primer this foundation gets shiny in no time. I would not purchase this product again.

Quick and Easy!

LOVE! I use this foundation when I’m on the go and want something low maintenance and easy. This formula stays on my face all day and is super comfortable. My only complaint is that I wish that they offered a lighter shade. Overall this is an awesome lightweight foundation.

Flawless

This is the first time I have used a Tarte product and all I can say is WOW. It looks so good on my combo skin, doesn’t look cakey and I found it pretty durable. I went for an hour and a half intense walk and it stayed so well regardless of sweat (mind you a bit did transfer on my mask but it lasted a lot better than my hourglass stick foundation). I’m usually into full coverage but found this coverage to be good and buildable. I’m 24 but my skin does have some fine lines and wrinkles and I felt this foundation settled into them much less than any others I’ve tried. I have seen other review mention a lot of transfer with this foundation but I think you just need to set it properly with powder
