Hair breakage and loss after using <1month
Unfortunately after using this product for a few weeks my hair suddenly started breaking and falling out. I have always had extremely strong and thick hair, and now I have extremely weak and brittle hair since I started using this product.

Cool now.
This is the purple shampoo right here; throw the rest away! It took my blonde from brass to cool as ice in one single wash. I found it lathered nicely and had a pleasant scent, it is very pigmented and I only left it on for about a minute before rinsing. Like other purple shampoos it is a bit drying so I recommend following it up with the regular Olaplex conditioner and another hydrating treatment afterwards. I bleach my hair about once a month, the colour maintenance and the bond repair aspect of this shampoo makes it a must have if you lighten frequently as well. It's worth the price 100% and if you're on the fence? Just buy it already!

EXCELLENT PRODUCT!
This product is absolutely fantastic! I've used many high-end shampoos and this is the only one that removes brassiness, brightens highlights and refreshes your colour in between touchups at the salon. This product works great for dark haired girls with highlights. The key is to keep the product on for at least 5 minutes. I find that the longer I keep it on, the better it works as my base colour is very dark. Make sure to give yourself a good conditioning treatment afterwards. Don't forget to scrub your hands well after using the shampoo as it's very pigmented.

Disappointing
Unfortunately the blonde 5p toner left a pale purple cast on my white hair

Die hard Olaplex stan here & if you are looking for a purple toner, I’d say skip this one and stick to the blonde enhancer shampoo (4p) + n5 conditioner combo. I’ve been waiting long years for conditioner to be released but unfortunately it didn’t live up to the high expectations; very potent pigment but hair feels dry and dull after application

Dry
Very drying for a conditioner. It does tone pretty well. I find using the olaplaex hair mask helps. Not worth the price IMO.

Soft Shiny Hair: A Month's Success, Awaiting the Brassy Test!
I've been using this product for a month, and my hair is now soft, shiny, and less frizzy. I'm eager to see if it avoids getting brassy, which is a common issue with other shampoos.

Underwhelming
Giving it an extra star for being a potent toner, but it’s super drying. Left my hair dry, brittle, and frizzy. Disappointed because I was hoping to kill two birds with one stone so to speak, will have to look for a moisturizing daily conditioner and just use this once a week.

Potent!
This is a very potent purple conditioner which is amazing! I no longer have to leave my purple shampoo on forever which ultimately dries out my hair. 10/10

Best colour pay off without silicones
Loved this product! My ash blonde baylage on Asian black hair looked just as good as day one after one use. The colour is violently purple, very reminiscent of the Amika purple mask. I stopped using the Amika mask because of the silicones but nothing was as good at colour correcting until this Olaplex product! The colour payoff was shocking, was pretty worried it would stain my hands/shower but it was fine. Didn’t use it with the Olaplex purple shampoo bc I think it’s a waste to use purple shampoo vs conditioner. I always use a leave in conditioner after my shower and didn’t think the Olaplex product made my hair any drier or more moisturized than a regular conditioner. Minus one star bc I used 3 quarter size dallops instead of the 2 similar sized dallops I use with my normal conditioner.

Nº.5P Blonde Enhancer™ Toning Conditioner
Does not condition like the regular 5
I got this because I’m going grey and doing some lightening to help blend while transitioning. I love the regular No.5 and I thought this would condition the same but it does not at all. Am I supposed to follow up with normal conditioner because this stuff dries my hair right out? Very disappointed because I bought the litre bottle during a sale and I can’t use it without messing up my hair.
