Apply at night, when you go to bed. Use the beveled tip to spread the treatment consistently over your upper and lower lip. Leave on overnight. No need to rinse on waking.

For optimal performance, apply a layer of moisturizing and repairing mask on exfoliated lips. The SEPHORA COLLECTION exfoliating lip scrubs are very easy to use with their tube format. Created tons of rashes and zits right before Xmas

After 3 days of using this, I developed rashes and tons of zits around my face. DO NOT RECOMMEND. It also doesn’t do anything for your lips. I think Carmex works best for me but if you want something a little fancier, go with Laneige

Do not buy

I have only been using this for a few nights and it dried out my lips so bad and even caused a dry rash to develop under my lips. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!

The texture is dull and doesn’t feel hydrating or nourishing. Instead, it sits on my lips like a layer of lipstick, and it’s not smooth at all. It doesn’t provide the soft, moisturized feel I expect from a lip balm. I wouldn’t recommend it and definitely won’t be repurchasing.

Great for the price

I liked this as a sleeping mask, but I also wore it out as a gloss. (I had to reapply it a lot throughout the day) It's super shiny and tastes nice. Very sticky and gooey but I love that in a mask. The only negative thing is it didn't stay on that well during the night and I would sometimes reapply in the middle of the night. It wasn't on my pillow so I know it wasn't rubbed of.
