Worst Makeup Product I’ve Tried

If I could rate this 0 stars I absolutely would. First of all, when you finish applying the primer and start applying foundation and other makeup on top the primer is so slippery and the makeup just slides around on top like an ice skating rink and it never actually blends out it just sits on top of the primer looking patchy. Another thing, I’m only in my mid twenties and this makes every fine line that’s barely there and acne stand out like a sore thumb, with the finished look I look like I’ve aged 40 years and it looks god awful. This primer also has a weird scent that was not pleasant when applying. This primer gets 0’s all across the board for me.

Pretty good primer

I gifted this to my mom after I tried a sample, she said it was a very nice and smooth primer and liked it for her “older” skin, she felt hydrated and it made her make look more “flat” and flawless Just expensive

Primer smells great! Makeup is good!

The primer went on so smoothly and smelled really good! It has a very nature scent that’s not overpowering. The foundation was good but it wasn’t as hydrating as I thought it would be. It seems to be full coverage so it’s a little thick when it goes on. The shade 05N was perfect though! Overall, it’s not bad and I would try it out again if the opportunity came!

erased my poors, hated the smell

this primer did a great job erasing my pores. i have combination skin and i noticed immediately upon applying the primer my skin appeared smoother and less shiny. however, the smell in my opinion is awful. the primer smells like pool water. i would recommend this primer to anyone who is trying to erase their pores, and isn’t sensitive to smells.

Good

The prime was good and left me looking smooth. But the foundation included in the sample did not match my skin so I had to mix about 3 colors to get my perfect shade. I don’t think it should be like that.

Thick and soft texture

I received this sample in exchange for my honest review. A little goes a long way, that small amount was enough for three applications. The texture is thick and leaves the skin feeling very smooth. It fills in all the pores. My makeup looked very good after the primer

smoothing

it is a very creamy consistency and applies smoothly. there was not enough to test the longevity but it seems lightweight and moisturizing. I was expecting a primer bottle but got samples of primer and foundation, which did have a wide range of shades.

Great

I received this product complimentary from Influenster and Dolce & Gabbana in exchange for my honest review. I think this primer gets the job done - it applies smoothly and does not appear to have any tint despite the color in the packaging. There is a subtle scent to the primer - almost like a mild sunscreen but in a pleasant way.

Texture

Hi, I have received this product in exchange for my honest review. This work great on my skin. The primer is very light and I feel like my skin still can breathe. Love it!

Not the best for me

This primer does an okay job of making my skin ready for foundation - however, for my oily skin, I find it didn’t really keep things looking fresh like other (much cheaper) primers are able to. Couldn’t really tell there was a scent and though the description flaunts the bottle, I can’t comment on it because I only got a blister pack.

Skippable Step

I'm not a huge fan of primer, and unfortunately I saw this as an extra step. The good news is the foundation has a lovely coverage and, because it's matte, really stayed in place all day.

Primer feels nice!

I was disappointed to see the shade options here as someone with very pale skin. But the primer feels nice and looks good under my other foundation!
