L’Homme Ideal Platain Prive

I was looking for a fragrance that compliments my other two fragrances (Burberry Hero and Louis Vuitton Imagination). Not sure if this is a special release of Guerlain’s L’Homme Ideal fragrance but I was very impressed with the fragrance. It’s not overpowering, but light, citrusy with a slight spicyness that is hard to describe. It is now number 1 in my rotation over Imagination and Hero.

Love this! Great Grapefruit smell w/ Subtle Vetivr

This was a blind buy and one that I’m so glad I bought! Not an every single day but every other day for sure, and it layers very nicely with just about anything. Goes great with other Ideals and Habit Rouges, and great by itself. Very strong grapefruit smell and I’m usually not a fan of Vetiver but this is pretty good and as with all Guerlain I am obsessed!

Beautiful subtle springtime scent

This really has all the bits I love from Guerlain, I only wish that it was stronger. It really has very little silage on me. The more i wear it the better it gets. On a cool rainy day this is what I pick every time.

Mature, classy, unique.

I am new to higher end men’s fragrances, and although I couldn’t tell you what the different scent profiles are, they bland very nicely for a classy, manly (but not over the top), mature scent. In addition it is unique. Not over the top fruity. It lasts quite a long time without drowning yourself in it. It isn’t your grandpa’s cologne, but it certainly gives off an air of maturity. Very happy with the purchase and would certainly recommend.

New fragrance

I bought this for my partners birthday. We have used Guerlain’s other L’homme Ideal fragrances and enjoy them very much. This limited edition fragrance was well worth adding to our collection. Subtle and earthy with its almond notes…it is an excellent men’s eau du cologne.

I've worn this for about a month or so- it accents stronger scents very well. Any time your wrist passes by your face you will be left tantalized for more. Is regularly noticed and complimented despite it's perfectly underwhelming smell.
