Flawless Finish Makeup Sponge

Unfortunately, I did not like this applicator. I bought because I bought the accompanying foundation. However, this sponge didn’t grab product and left streaks on my skin. You would be better off using styrofoam. Returned.

Just Right

While some reviews state that they found this sponge to be too hard, it was just right for me. I think we all have some Goldilocks in us because we're trying to find things that are "just right" for us. Liquid makeup application was nearly flawless with this sponge. I personally think the curved shape is a bit gimmicky. Sponge can be used damp or dry.

Loved the different sides

Way too firm, even when wet. Way too small for the entire face, takes too long to apply because of the size. Might be useful for smaller areas such as contouring. I will be returning.

best new kid on the block!

Favorite new sponge on the block! I prefer a sponge that you can use dry and I love that this absorbs minimal product; you can actually squeeze extra foundation out of the sponge to reload the tool which is amazing. I have used it with my Laura foundation as well as Fenty and it works to really press the product into the skin.

I brought this product at mall. I just can’t believe the rate of this sponge is such low!!!! I know the sponge is firm, but it’s perfect for blending cream foundation and concealer! Trust me, it’s worth try!!!!

buy drugstore instead

I bought this thinking that once it was damp it would soften and get bigger. Nope....this is literally the worst sponge I have ever used. Aside from its texture, the shape is useless. It’s hard to hold and is so “skinny” that there’s no good area to use for foundation application. It fits well under the eye, but since the thing stays firm, it doesn’t apply concealer well either. I would choose drugstore over this in a heartbeat

hard. does not pick up product. its like using a dry drug store sponge.

Stay away!

Terrible product! I was talked into buying this sponge because I was told it doesn't soak up any foundation. So not true! I ended up using almost double the amount of my Laura Mericier foundation than I normally use. It soaked up product, well, like a sponge. I will definitely be returning this!

Hard as a rock

Okay, I've given this sponge multiple tries, and honestly it just does not work for me. It is so so firm, I felt like the sponge had no change even when damp than from when it was dry. I had such a hard time blending out my foundation and concealer. It took me three times as long and looked patchy. So for those who are an avid beauty blender or beauty sponge user, you will not like this LM sponge one bit. Sorry Laura Mercier, but this one was a sure miss.

I love this sponge. I used to use beauty blender and have found my new foundation sponge. I actually like using it dry. It's less annoying than BB having to dampen it every time. I feel like it melts my foundation into my skin for a flawless finish. My new go to!

This sponge is way too firm, even after wetting it. It doesn’t blend well at all!! I love her foundations but this was a miss. Returned it.
