This is my first retinol product I’ve used, I only used on a part of my face the first night just to check for irritation but after not finding any I used it over my whole face, avoiding my eye area and lips, and wow! After just one application I can see an improvement already. My skin isn’t red or irritated, or dry. I’ll keep using but I’ve never seen such a result after one application of a skincare product. Every Dermalogica product I’ve tried, I’ve absolutely loved.

Great for dry, sensitive skin!

I hate that I spent so much on this and now love it and will keep on buying it. I have extremely dry and sensitive skin and retinol creams don’t suit me well. However I am now on week two of this product and I am very happy so far. There was minimal redness and dryness the first few days but I have noticed a difference in the very fine lines already. I use it at night about 5 days a week and use sunscreen during the day (also Dermalogica). Overall, I would recommend. I’m only using one pump of serum per application and get good coverage with it.

Made my skin 100x worse

I have been using this product for two months now and the breakouts won’t stop. I was expecting a purging process so I wasn’t really concerned at first, I am only using this 1-2 times a week and diluting it with moisturizer. My biggest concern is it appears to be changing my skin texture for the worse… pores feel larger and lots of texture. Perhaps my skin is just too sensitive but I would not recommend or repurchase which is a bummer consider the price of this product.

Phenomenal!

I am absolutely overwhelmed! My skin feels so much better after only one use, and there is no sensitivity or flakiness. I will continue using it and can't wait for more results. Very much recommended!

I love dermalogica as a brand, I have not used this product, but I have considered purchasing it until I started looking at reviews. It appears that after you filter out non-incentivized and verified purchase reviews, this product has 0 reviews!!!

Be careful on sensitive skin areas

Please be careful! Esp sensitive areas I used a 100 pt sample and got a bit on my upper lip - and it feels Like a horrible wind or sunburn -this picture is post 5 days still peeling,other areas are ok

Absolutely fabulous! Worth the money!

Absolutely love this product! I use with smart serum and they both are a wonderful match. I used script retinol and even with all the different methods couldn't get use to it. This is best!

Single sample use experience - absorbs well

I received a free single use sample size and it was a nice product. It went on really greasy but over 5+ minutes absorbed into my skin really well and was very soft to the touch. It felt moisturized. I didn’t experience any burning or itchy sensation, no redness and I generally have sensitive skin. I can’t speak to any visible results since this was only a single use. I may attempt to add this to my routine down the line but hesitant because of the cost.

allergic reaction

caused my skin to have an allergic reaction. not sure if its too strong or my skin is too sensitive. although other reviews have stated the same. i love Dermalogica products. I guess this one is just not for me. couldn't use it long enough to see if it worked as described. for the price you pay, you don't expect to have to waste even more money on products to repair the skin barrier. it's gonna take some time for my skin to get back to normal. my whole face is red with little bumps. if you have sensitive skin. Beware!

So worth the price

This stuff is so so good! Zero purging for me and no dryness. This product uses 3 different types of retinoids in a sophisticated formula. I noticed brighter skin so quickly. 10/10!

This product burnt my skin just after the first use. I had to buy another product to heal my skin. I will return it
