This smooth, rich, buttery body cream has been a staple in my body care collection for years. I was first introduced to it in 2009 and have been a user since. This body cream gives me nourished, non-sticky, supple skin with a wee bit of fresh, clean smell. It's a must have in the winter. The L'Occitane Shea Butter Ultra Rich Body Cream is such a luxurious cream. It is infused with shea butter, which leaves your skin feeling so nourished. It is a thicker cream, but it absorbs very quickly into the skin. It does leave a moisture barrier on the skin, without leaving an oily or tacky residue. My skin feels so soft and silky after each application, and it looks absolutely radiant. It has a lovely fresh floral scent, as it is also infused with jasmine and ylang-ylang. I really like that the container is an aluminum jar that is more eco-friendly and allows you to refill it - although, the insert seems to be plastic, so, I'm not sure how eco-friendly it really is. I also love that the label has braille on it, which could be very helpful to those with visual impairments.

great brand when you live in Canada. The shea butter hand lotion was one of the first things that helped my hands in the winter (this was years ago!) I'm so excited to have been asked to test their body lotion. It's so nice and thick. It's easy to use it sparingly or add a body oil. Great moisturizer!

L'Occitane's Shea Butter Ultra Rich Body Cream is the perfect way to moisturize! My hands have been super dry with the constant changes in temperature from being outside in the cold and inside where it's hot. This cream is thick enough to provide a deep lasting hydration, but it doesn't leave a greasy sticky feeling. I wish it came with a little scoop though.

During the winter my skin gets really dry, and ashy all over but this cream has been my saviour! It's really rich and smooth which feels luxurious but a little goes a long way. The cream does absorb quickly and it doesn't feel tight after application. I highly recommend this cream if you have dry skin especially during these cold months!

What a perfect time of year to review this amazing body moisturizer. The light clean scent and thick moisturizing properties make this the perfect body lotion for dry skin. My skin felt hydrated and soft all day long. 10/10 recommend this body lotion.

I’ve used this product that I received for free and had to repurchase! It helped with my eczema flair ups and help with the itching! The texture is thick and a goopy that helps hydrate the skin. I like his there’s omega 3 and omega 6 for protecting the skin

I wanted to LOVE L’Occitane Body Cream but can only give it a like. It works great, two thumbs up for efficacy. Helps to nourish and moisturize parched, dry skin. Love that it’s vegan. Refillable. So many pluses. But I didn’t enjoy the scent. At all. Very grandmother- ish. I also found washing my hands afterward was necessary as it didn’t absorb into palms and fingertips and left a greasy feeling. Great for legs, arms, body though. Mixed feelings on this one. LOVE this body cream

This body cream is amazing! The first thing I noticed was the soft subtle scent. The second thing I noticed was how fast this cream soaked into my skin. I will definitely buy this body cream again!
