Amendment to earlier review

I wrote an earlier review stating my dissatisfaction with this product. That it just sits on top of the skin. However, what I discovered was how great this product is. If you use the tiniest amount. Like a really tiny amount.

What happened?

This new eye cream is awful. Makes your eyes feel dry and lines stand out. Why change something that works for everyone. Please bring back the old version.

What a huge disappointment.

By far one of the worst eye creams I have ever used. It sits on the skin like a greasy film and becomes extremely irritating. Eyes sting like you couldn’t imagine. I am fed up with companies not testing these products properly and then sticking a huge price on these products. I have used Lancôme since 1990 and the products get worse, never better.

Awful and irritating to eyes

New formula sucks! Renergie yeux multi lift ultra was by far the best eye cream. Nourishing and moisturising perfect. This is extremely irritating to eyes. Can not understand why the formula was changed to this. Old product options need to be brought back

My dry eyelids problem solved in a week as expected.

Really disappointed with the new formula

Not happy with this new formula and so disappointed it’s changed as have been happily using the old version for many years. This does not have the same absorption and tends to sit on the skin and ripple once make up is applied. Not as good for fine lines and also makes my eyes sting. I will be looking to other brands unfortunately now.

Bring Back Original Renergie Yeux Multi Lift Ultra

There was no need to reformulate the renergie yeux multi lift ultra, it was a fantastic product with a loyal fan base! I used the renergie yeux multi lift ultra for years and it is hugely disappointing that this has changed. The new product just does not cut it and would really love to see the original multi lift ultra come back.

Old formula was amazing used for years. Dont bother with new replacememt. There was nothing wrong with this!!

Disappointed with the new eye cream

Unfortunately, I have to agree with a previous reviewer that this eye cream is disappointing, not on par with Lancôme’s quality standards. After applying it the eye contour looks dry and lifeless, unlike the previous one that made them feel fresh and look energised. Lancôme: “ if it ain’t broken, don’t fix it”, why discontinue a product that works to introduce one that doesn’t? Please bring back the multi lift ultra eye contour cream

Not great

I have used renergie yeux for a few years and now they have reformulated it i will not buy again… made my eyes sore and felt like there was no product after a few minutes.. The old formulation was amazing, this one doesnt do what it promises..

New products are bad

My skin around the eye is burning after first application, very painful. I've never had such a reaction from Lancome products. All the good products that I used to use are out of stock. I've been a Lancome customer for over 20 years. No idea what they put in these "new" products.
