I wash my hair around once a week and use this within the full regime maybe once or twice a month. I use 0 first and then add this after 10 minutes. My hair is mature, greying in parts and I have bleach highlights to help with the blend. Considering all this my hair is in great condition and I put that down to the products I use. I don't over use this, as my hair tends to get 'used' to products if I do and they stop working. I've used this for maybe 3 years now and will continue to buy.

A tried and true product. Does its job and easy to use.

Hated it! Overpriced and made my hair dry! Everyone raves about these products I bought the whole system and tried it twice and each time it was horrible. I will be going back to my Pantene.

PAINFUL!

This product made my hair really smooth and shiny. However... the morning after, I had the absolute worst rat's nest I have EVER had. Endless knots and clumps of hair stuck together. SO painful. Would not recommend

Cheaper alternatives are just as good or better

I used a mini of this and felt pretty underwhelmed. In fairness maybe better results are seen the longer you use it but I’ve had better luck with the L’Oréal bond repair line with hair looking immediately shinier and healthier after one use keeping it in longer than instructed. Might try again in the future but cheaper alternatives may work better so may stick with them

This is a great product that I recommend for anyone who has dry hair! My hair is smooth & easy to manage !

Good product but Too expensive

It’s a good product that’s had amazing reviews all round. It’s a special treatment for your hair But bear in mind this is a small bottle at 100 ml which for the price is extremely expensive so I’ll be using it sparingly!

Unenthused with this product, I don't notice a difference when using it and would way rather spend my money on K18 bond builder.

I CANT LIVE WITHOUT THIS!!!

I use this twice a week along with Olaplex step 0. It is non negotiable. It has saved me from loosing my hair after bleaching.

Works only initially

I liked this product initially and I thought it makes my hair look healthier and softer but then everything changed and my hair started to be brittle and damaged.

Did harm, not good

My hair seemed dry after one or two uses. After 4 or 5 uses, my hair looked shredded - it was dry and breaking off halfway down the stand. I also lost a lot of hair.
