This cleansing balm is great , it takes off all the makeup and product.It is also so affordable, and I even got it for less because of the sale .10/10 I recommend.

I have used this for about 2 weeks. It is has a solid performance. It removes make up well, but needs a wash with a gentle cleanser after. Tip: use water to spread the product. It seems to be activated better with water. Excellent price. I will repurchase.

Always wanted to try this out!

I was interested in trying out this product considering its price point. I ended up returning because it was so difficult to apply and then wash off. Because of this I ended up getting a lot of breakouts.

Big Meh…

Big Meh. Doesn’t even get rid of my NON-waterproof mascara.

Did not like this at all, felt abrasive and aggravated my skin, since it had little balls in it that I think were supposed to be a bit exfoliating but needed up damaging my skin I returned it

Quality and Quantity.

Alone this works gently, effectively! To maximize use of this do a second wash with a different cleanser and another round with this. Hydrating, without irritating my eyes like many others do.

I haven’t tried a cleaning balm before and was skeptical when I bought this product. My previous cleanser didn’t remove all my makeup and I’d have to use a wipe after, but this cleansing balm is more effective. It does leave a Vaseline type feel on your face but that's okay with me because my Mother has always used Vaseline as facial care and she glows

Good if you double cleanse

This one is a bit thicker than other cleansing balms. A little goes a long way. You have to double cleanse though to remove the residue feel. It does not rinse like the Wishful balm. But it's a lot of product and for the price point? Worth it...

Must have makeup remover!!

If you are looking for a good makeup remover but you are on a budget this is the one for you!! It is great at removing makeup and it leaves your face feeling great and clean.

it's ok, that's all. nothing amazing and I had trouble to remove all my makeup

Tips For Making This Work

Not exactly my favorite cleansing balm; however, for the price point, I found a way to make it work. Below are some suggestions in optimizing the use of this product: 1. Do NOT use on dry skin. - Press damp fingers onto face and neck. This product is a stiff balm and has an issue with spreadability. Dampness emulsifies the balm; thus, prevents unnecessary tugging at your face, especially around the delicate eye area. 2. Use approx. 1/2 tsp. of product for the entire face and neck. I find this amount to be generous enough to emulsify daily make-up. The only time I repeat this cleansing step is for those occasions that I wear heavy stage make-up. 3. Gently massage the emulsified cleanser onto area. Moisten a cotton pad with water to wipe away make-up. 4. Final step is to use your choice of face wash to get rid of the balm-makeup emulsion. I find that plain rinsing with water still leaves traces of the balm on the face and neck. 5. Extra tip for those with long fingernails :D - Use the backside to scrape the product to prevent the balm from getting underneath your nails.
