Not user friendly

I have arthritis with deformities in my hand. I cannot hold it and all it does is reminded me of my disability. It also makes me feel being discriminated against. For a company that champions arthritis patients this is a big let down especially as they stopped stocking the roller which I think may have been easier for me to hold. Very disappointed...

Not happy broke after 2 use

The white part broke became very flimsy, very disappointed

My second purchase tool. It is a bit pricy but worth it. Cooling with nice pressure feeling.. It looks small but give enough massage .

Effet surprenant que j’adore

J’ai acheté l’outil précieux pour utiliser avec mes crèmes Clarins. Je l’utilise même si je n’utilise pas pour le moment la crème Précieuse. J’adore l’effet ‘glacé’. À chaque fois c’est un véritable plaisir. La peau est stimulée au point de légèrement rougir. L’effet tonique est très présent. La peau est réveillée après la routine et paraît plus détendue et lumineuse. Je l’utilise à chaque application de mes crèmes. Je l’apporte même en voyage. C’est compact et facile à utiliser.
