Excellent. Non-irritating, a little goes a long way, works quickly and well. Removes stubborn eyeliner. I got the largest size half off during Black Friday and took some out to bring on vacation in a mini pot. It's worth it. Only issue is I'm not sure it's ethical or environmentally friendly.

Amazing Remover

I love this product so much. It takes off my make up great. There are other times when I’m taking off my mascara that sometimes my vision gets blurry with it, but it wears off after a couple minutes either way it gets the job done.

Ok but not the best

This rich, creamy formula is not too dry on my sensitive/dry skin. It takes off heavy makeup well without stripping my face. I also use it to take off my eye makeup. But if I take longer to rub over my eyes, taking off waterproofed mascara or eyeliner, sometimes it burns my eyes a little and makes them blurry, maybe I have sensitive eyes. I don’t think it is the most gentle makeup remover balm for eyes. I recommend trying out a sample/mini-size product before buying the full-size if you have sensitive skin/eyes because one of my friends has tried it once, and it made her face burn and break out.

Must have for makeup removal

This makeup remover works so well for ALL types of makeup. It takes off mascara with easy and doesn’t leave a gross residue behind. I see a few reviews complaining about having breakouts after continuous use but that may be because you aren’t cleansing with a face wash afterwards. I have seen no issues with increased acne and I have very acne prone skin. Highly recommend!!

At least I got to try it

Purchased on sale, I’ve been wanting to try it out. I have combo more on the dry side, sensitive acne prone skin I have tried other balms before this one & they’ve broke me out. I thought I would try this one maybe it would work for me. I don’t wear heavy makeup, no mascara so I can’t really review if it would remove these products but I do use sunscreen and spot conceal. It did remove it, made my skin soft I tried it for a week but within that week I was already developing pimples.

Best makeup remover ever!.

I am so impressed by this product. it's just amazing. I wear full glam makeup, and without an issue, everything came off in one step!. Gentle & leaving my skin soft. I am 100% recommending this product, specifically if you have sensitive skin like me.

Does the job very well

Works like magic. Left no residue or dryness after use. Skin felt very soft.

I like the way that this product goes on. It does a great job with removing my makeup. It’s a bit pricey though.

Best cleansing balm

I have gone through 6 containers of the travel size and will keep on repurchasing. I find that it’s good value as you get a decent amount of product. The only thing I don’t enjoy is the cloudy vision you get when product gets in eyes. I find it works wonders for my dry skin. I find some cleansing balms strip my skin but have no issues whatsoever with the product. It leaves my skin feeling nice and clean and does not cause any irritation. It also works well for waterproof makeup, especially mascaras.
